RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to Seacoast Society within 14 days of your original purchase date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. All items purchased at a 30% discount or higher are FINAL SALE.

For all return inquiries email hello@seacoastsociety.co and be sure to include your order number!

Please note the following:

  • We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund

  • Gift Cards are a final sale

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your order information before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
